You own the comments and reviews you create. By using Notch, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate anyone else's rights.

Notch operates alongside third-party video platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Google, or Dropbox. Their own terms of service govern your use of those platforms.
Notch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, Notch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Notch after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may stop using Notch at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
